ShapeMax estimates physique scores from three photos you take (front, side, back). Results are aesthetic tracking tools, not a medical diagnosis, prescription, body-composition lab test, or eating-disorder treatment. You must be 18 or older. Paid features are described in the Terms of sale.

Account and scans

You may try one free scan per device without an account. Exercises, saved history across devices, and paid reports require a registered account. Registered users may rescan at most once every 72 hours. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your password confidential. We may refuse a scan when the reported BMI is below 18.5.

Acceptable use

Do not upload photos of anyone else without their consent, or of minors. Do not attempt to bypass device or rate limits, scrape the API, or reverse-engineer the scoring to harm others. We may suspend access in case of abuse.

Liability

Scores and exercise suggestions are informational. Training remains your responsibility. Stop if you feel pain beyond normal training fatigue. To the extent permitted by French consumer law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the scores.
